Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Loggen uses cookies and similar browser storage. A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website.
1. Our current approach
Loggen currently uses only cookies that are necessary to provide the service, keep users signed in, and protect requests against misuse. We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Because necessary cookies support a service explicitly requested by the user, they do not require optional cookie consent under applicable Swedish cookie rules.
2. Cookies used by Loggen
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| loggen-session | Maintains your authenticated session and navigation state. | The configured session period; renewed while you use the service. |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery. | Session-related. |
| remember_web_* | Keeps you signed in when you explicitly choose a remember-me option. | Until its configured expiry, logout, or browser deletion. |
The exact session-cookie name may differ if an environment uses a custom configuration.
3. Similar browser storage
Loggen's interface may use local browser storage to remember functional preferences, such as appearance or sidebar state. This information is used for the requested interface behavior and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Third-party services
When you choose to connect or visit an external service such as Google, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Trello, that provider may set cookies on its own domain under its own policy. Loggen does not control cookies placed directly by those providers.
5. Managing cookies
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking Loggen's necessary cookies will prevent login and other core functions from working correctly. Logging out ends the authenticated session, although your browser may retain expired cookie records until it clears them.
6. Future analytics or optional cookies
If Loggen introduces analytics, marketing, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and request consent before those cookies are stored. Declining optional cookies will not prevent access to core service functions.
7. Changes and contact
The version date at the top identifies the applicable policy. Questions may be sent through your usual WTMG contact or the contact details in your service agreement. For information about personal-data processing, please read our Privacy Policy.
